Once the contract is terminated, all your data is completely deleted from our servers and their backups. We follow a secure deletion protocol that guarantees the definitive and secure elimination of the information. Additionally, we provide you with a formal statement confirming that the secure deletion process has been correctly executed. In general, we do not anticipate that you will need to back up any data before terminating the contract. However, if you have any specific requirements, we can agree on a case-by-case basis for the delivery or backup of information according to your needs.
